Turkey: Young LGBTI+ group recreates WHO guidance for the community

The Young LGBTI + Association has translated the proposals to cope with the stress that comes with COVID-19, which the World Health Organization defines as a pandemic.

We have presented the world health organization's suggestions on "deal with covid-19 stress" for you.

1. Stop looking at the news: Too much knowledge can be annoying. Try to turn off your screens every once in a while.

2. Take care of your body: Meditation, feed balance and take deep breath. Stay safe, stay healthy as well.

3. Take time to relax: Spend a part of your day to the things you enjoy.

4. Get in touch with others: Talk to the people you trust about your anxiety and how you feel.

5. The situation may be boring, but dealing with stress will strengthen you, the people you care about and your community. See more via KAOS
