La tarde de este lunes 10 de septiembre, la Sala de lo Laboral de la Corte Provincial de Justicia decidió dar la razón al Registro Civil, que apeló la resolución de una jueza de primera instancia a favor del matrimonio igualitario.

La sentencia señala que se acepta la apelación del Registro Civil y se revoca el fallo de primera instancia, con lo que las aspiraciones de una pareja del mismo sexo, de contraer matrimonio, se ven nulitadas. Read more via El Telegrafo

Court of Justice rejects equal marriage
