“The Republic of Mali solemnly affirms that it has never adopted a text authorizing relations between people of the same sex. Law N-2011-087 of December 30, 2011 on the Individuals and Family Code is explicit in the matter, in particular in its articles 280 and 289 "specifies a press release published on Tuesday.
