Amendments to the Family Code of Russia are discussed in the Kuban parliament

Krasnodar, September 16 - South Times. A joint meeting of the committee on science, education, culture and family affairs and the committee on legality, law and order and legal protection of citizens was held in the Kuban parliament. We discussed changes to the Family Code of the Russian Federation, the press service of the Krasnodar Territory Legislative Assembly reports.

The relevant bills were submitted to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Now they are getting acquainted with them in regional parliaments to give their opinion.

Thus, the bill "On Amendments to the Family Code of the Russian Federation in order to strengthen the institution of the family" was prepared taking into account the new constitutional provisions adopted after a nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution. It was proposed that the state be entrusted with the responsibility to create conditions for a decent upbringing of children in the family, to protect the institution of marriage as a union of a man and a woman, to ensure the priority of family education of children, and many others ..

At the suggestion of a member of the working group for monitoring the implementation of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, speaker of the ZSK Yuri Burlachko , everyone should join the discussion of the amendments and express their opinion. The new amendments will affect every family. Therefore, on September 25, it is planned to consider the proposed changes at a public hearing.
