Le comédien et président de l’association Urgence Homophobie, Guillaume Mélanie, a été violemment agressé, mardi 16 octobre au soir, à Paris. Il a publié une photo sur Twitter pour témoigner. La mairie de Paris a, quant à elle, décidé de lancer une concertation avec les représentants de la communauté judiciaire.

Énième agression homophobe. L’acteur Guillaume Mélanie, s’est fait violemment agressé mardi 16 octobre au soir, dans le deuxième arrondissement de Paris, près de la station de métro Étienne Marcel. Une enquête a été ouverte ce 17 octobre pour violences commises à raison de l’orientation sexuelle, confiée au commissariat du Ier arrondissement de Paris, selon une source judiciaire de l’AFP.

Le président de l’association Urgence Homophobie – qui vient en aide aux personnes LGBT+ qui ne sont pas libres de vivre leur identité ou leur sexualité dans leur pays – a publié sur son compte Twitter, tard dans la nuit, une photo de lui le visage tuméfié et le nez en sang.

« Ce soir c’est mon tour. Agression homophobe à la sortie d’un resto. Nez cassé. Choqué. Du sang partout. Je suis homosexuel et nous sommes en 2018 », écrit-il.

Contacté par TÊTU, le comédien explique s’être fait agressé en sortant d’un restaurant proche de la station de métro Étienne Marcel, où il a l’habitude d’aller. « C’est un quartier gay-friendly et ce restaurant c’est un peu ma cantine. Je m’attendais à ce que ça m’arrive un jour, mais vraiment pas là-bas », lance-t-il.

Ils étaient plusieurs amis, tous homosexuels, et ils fêtaient une belle nouvelle : l’obtention d’un titre de séjour par l’un des réfugiés, un jeune homme de 23 ans qui a fuit la Russie – et ses lois homophobes et liberticides. « En sortant on se dit au revoir, on gênait le passage. On riait, on faisait les cons, on était joyeux. Un individu dérangé est passé par là et a dû comprendre qu’on était gays. Ça ne lui a pas plu », lâche-t-il. Et de poursuivre :

« Il a poussé violemment l’un des réfugiés, et m’a insulté en me disant ‘Tu suces des bites hein, sale PD’. Il m’a ensuite décoché un coup de poing extrêmement violent et je suis tombé à terre, il y avait du sang partout. »

Le président de l’association Urgence Homophobie compte aller porter plainte ce 17 octobre, « pour que l’agression soit comptabilisée ». Mais il déplore l’inaction de la société. « J’ai ressenti un sentiment d’impunité chez mon agresseur. Il a frappé de toutes ses forces, sans se soucier aucunement des conséquences. Et moi je suis une gueule cassée de plus sur le trombinoscope. »

Le comédien s’indigne du manque de moyens mis en oeuvre par les pouvoirs publics pour que les agressions soient punies et cessent.

« Sans les pouvoirs publics, on y arrivera pas. Il faut que Nicole Belloubet et Christophe Castaner se mobilisent. Il faut leur donner des moyens. On ne peut pas tolérer de se faire fracasser tous les jours à petit feu et n’avoir que des tweets en réponse de la part du gouvernement. Il faut attendre des morts devant l’Elysée pour que les pouvoirs publics agissent enfin ? »
