We now know that LGBTQ travellers spend almost $100 billion on travel in the US alone, thanks to Grindr.
An official survey carried out by the dating app has found that LGBTQ consumers spend more than $5 trillion globally, and $965 billion in the US, with $100 billion of that going on travel.
Meanwhile, 40% of Grindr’s LGBTQ millennials travel every quarter for fun, while 24% travel monthly. 39% plan their trips 1-3 months in advance, and 35% plan their trips 3-6 months in advance. Approximately 36 million overnight international travellers in 2017 were LGBTQ. Read more via Pink News
